You suspect a coworker has been stealing but you can’t prove it. What do you do?

Don’t accuse anyone without first hand knowledge. Don’t act on here say. If you are 100% sure then go to your supervisor (unless he or she is the culprit) and lay out the facts. Then drop it unless you see it again.
